Pacific Decorative Concrete, Inc. supplies exquisite decorative coatings and finishes to concrete, including various staining techniques, epoxy coatings, cementous overlays for discerning homeowners and innovative  commercial projects in the greater Sacramento area.  We are the only approved HTC-Superfloor installer in Northern and Central California.   HTC-Superfloor is the industry standard for polished concrete floors.  We are a company comprised of talented craftsmen who in addition to concrete coatings installation, work to turn concrete floors into innovative and decorative architectural statements.

We have installed beautiful acid stained floors at three of the newest Trader Joe retail markets in our area.  In addition to our commercial book of business, we also install decorative concrete coatings for residential projects.  Beautifully stained cement floors are becoming just as popular in avant-garde residential project

Who we are:

Pacific Decorative Concrete, Inc. is located in Rancho Cordova, California (just outside of Sacramento, CA. Founded in 2001 by two principals Dave Stratton and David Cronk, the business translated a combined 30 years of construction, concrete, and project experience to the artistic and decorative work of concrete staining, concrete overlays, and polished concrete.

Pacific Decorative Concrete is located in a 2,500-square-foot shop and a 350-square-foot showroom, with on site offices, located at 11430 Sunrise Gold Circle, Suite 11, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670.

We are licensed contractors, CA818796,  fully bonded, and insured.  We carry the general business liability, workers compensation, and automobile insurance commonly required on large commercial projects.  An insurance certificate can be provided upon request.
