We offer three systems that leverage the strength and durability of your foundational structural concrete floor, while enhancing the aesthetical appearance, architectural interest, and floor functionality.
Polished Concrete
Impressive, low maintenance floor system, and beautiful! Mechanical grinding and polishing process that utilizes special industrial diamond abrasives, liquid hardening and densifying chemicals, and state of the art polishing machines to mechanically seal the concrete surface.
Traditional Stained and Sealed Floors
Popular, creative, faux finish effects, the “Trader Joe” Floor. Use of penetrating reactive stain products to create a unique antiqued and mottled stained floor, that is chemically sealed with epoxy, acrylic, or urethane sealers.
Architectural Cement Overlays
Fast-track, low profile, cementicious thin overlay to resurface and refurbish distressed concrete substrates.
• Cement overlays are applied between 1/8 inch and 3/4 inch thickness.
• Hand troweled, or poured on to self-level and create a smooth new surface.
