At Pacific Decorative Concrete, Inc., we are licensed, bonded, and fully insured contractors installing polished concrete floors and decorative concrete coatings, including engineered cement overlays on top of concrete or wood sub-floors, on commercial and residential projects.

 Polished Concrete-We are experienced in polishing concrete, with and without color dyes, and are approved contractors for both the HTC-Superfloor and Retroplate specified floors. 

Acid Staining - We install beautiful translucent acid stain finishes in both commercial and residential applications, recently installing acid stain floors for the three new Trader Joe retail stores in the Sacramento area.

Cement Overlays-  Pacific Decorative Concrete, Inc. specializes in installing engineered  cement overlays, typically ¼ inch in thickness, for both indoors and outdoor projects.  We install engineered cement self leveling overlays as both flooring underlayments and architectural decorative cement topings.  We install stamped concrete overlays that simulate stamped concrete or concrete pavers on driveways, pool decks, patios, and hotel lobbies and entrances. 

Epoxy Coatings- For Commercial and Residential interior concrete flooring requiring durable, low maintenance, and easy to clean  seamless concrete flooring, such as food prep rooms in restaurants, retail showrooms, locker rooms, and vehicle garages, we install a variety of types of Epoxy flooring.  We can install 1/4 inch trowel down epoxy floors, decorative colored broadcast quartz epoxy floors, and traditional metal flake systems.  We routinely install seamless "self-coving" epoxy floors to comply with local heath codes pertaining to food preparation areas.
