Careers with PDCI

Duties consist of the overall preparation and installation of various floor systems. Knowledge of staining, sealing, scoring, concrete grinding, concrete polishing and epoxy flooring. Previous experience is always a plus.

This position will manage/oversee a crew of installers on a project. Previous experience of polishing concrete, grinding concrete, remediation of concrete floor slabs, and/or epoxy installation in the commercial and industrial field is required. The Crew Leader is directly responsible for setup and management of daily activities on an assigned project, resulting in timely completion within budget. The Crew Leader also has the primary responsibility for safety training and practice throughout the project (OSHA training is a plus). A Crew Leader must also be able to read construction plans and handle change orders or other administrative responsibilities.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years of successful experience with commercial flooring/estimating. This person will be responsible for all tasks required from day one of bidding to the last day of installation. Estimators will also maintain contact with potential clients via telephone/email/ or person before and during the bidding process and conduct follow up after the job has been awarded. Generating new business for PDCI is a key responsibility and requirement.
